Wow. I'm the first person! What's this film like?

Is it crap?

It honestly depends on what you're expecting. It's TV-style animation, not the cinematic glory of feature films. It's four shorts, each teaching a little lesson, and the writing is... well, it's intended for little tiny children. I personally think it's charming.

But if you're expecting it to be spectacular, marvelous, and wonderful, or at least pretty great, or even anything more than a pleasent diversion, then don't waste your time. Because that's all it really is- a diversion.

I won't watch it, but I hear it's one of the worst sequels ever.

Compared to the flawless original, and the surprisingly-good Enchanted Christmas, Magical World is pretty bad. The animation is shoddy and the songs are forgettable. Many said it made Enchanted Christmas look like a masterpiece which is true to some extent.

Out of 10:
The original-10/10(of course)
Enchanted Christmas-7/10
Magical World-Somewhere in the region of 5 and 6, in respect to the voice cast.

I loved it. I actually found it hilarious.

Don't be calling me no bitch! If I'm a bitch, then your mama is a bitch, BITCH!

It was good. I remember seeing this as a kid.

Can't say one way or another as I haven't exactly seen it. That being said, from the little I can gather of it, at the very least the Fifi's Folly segment, I will mention this much: Between her behavior in that and similar behavior conducted by the triplets in the Marvel Comics serial for Beauty and the Beast, I'll say that Fifi's jealous reaction to Belle is probably more believable, since unlike the triplets regarding Gaston's advances to Belle, we don't see Fifi react in any way to Lumiere's flirting with Belle. The triplets in Marvel Comics, however, really... well, I probably won't necessarily say "badly characterized" as their characterizations in the Marvel Comics would have been perfect for foils of a character who was supposed to be the protagonist of a true beauty coming from within tale, but it did definitely severely conflict with how they were depicted in the film (they basically came across as Green Eyed Monsters regarding Belle being the object of Gaston's affections in the comic, despite the fact that not only did they not engage in similar behavior in the original film [in fact, they didn't even ruin the wedding at all or do anything to attempt to ruin it to spite Belle], but there was absolutely no indication in the film that they were even remotely jealous of Belle. If anything, they were implied to have been perfectly willing to sacrifice their desires for Gaston to let Belle have a chance and were if anything caught off guard by Belle refusing Gaston), so I'll give chops there.

It's not that bad but nor is it great. It's good for keeping a 4-year-old occupied but anyone expecting something
like the original will be disappointed.

reply

Its terrible. Nothing beats the original classic. Enchanted Christmas was actually pretty good, but this was just a lousy deal all around.
