I read a news piece in the New York Post that said you were a crackhead.
shareNo way. I am NOT a crackhead. I am only 13!!!!! That is not true.
shareIf you really are Sophia that's excellent! I just finished watching the movie for what seems like the hundredth time and noticed your name in the credits. You played little Rosario, correct?
I love you, Victor, but you are not mine.
Really? Cool. I had never seen or heard of your mother until the movie, then in 2003 I saw her and her young violinists on 106 and park, where they performed. I just thought that was so cool. Your mother is a very inspirational woman, and I really admire her work.
KEEP THE FINE ARTS PROGRAM ALIVE!!!!!
Make love, not warshare

I see from the movie credits that you played the role of "Rosario". But I cant recall any character named Rosario. What scenes are you in? How can we tell you apart from the other kids in your scenes?
She's a little more than an hour into the film (about an hour and ten minutes)--she plays the little girl who Roberta "yells" at in class for not cutting her nails. She's in it for a second there. She's also in the part after Justin dies and the class talks about it--she's the girl on the very left of the group.
sharewow that's awesome! So did you think meryl streep played your mother's part just right?
shareI don't know about Sophia, but based on Streep's performance in the movie and the real Roberta in the documentary on the issue, I think that Streep was right on.
sharemerly did pretty well playing my mom. but my mom is normally i lot more controlling and anal.
shareSo why was it shown in the movie that Roberta only had two boys?
shareThe movie (well, the concert at the end) takes place in 1993 (as stated by the comments before the credits). It also says that Roberta lives on the east side of Manhattan and teaches in schools in New York and lives with her daughter, Sophia, whom she adopted from El Salvador, so I'm sure that she adopted Sophia some time after the concert. (I hope that's right, Sophia!).
shareMy mom adopted me when I was only a few months old....and that was in 1991. I was at the real concert at Carnegie...but I was only around two years old so to add me in the movie would sort of been pointless because a 2-year-old doesnt have much character. But yes I am adopted from El Salvador.
shareIt's on tv right now, so I had to drop in and say hi. I'm sure Meryl Streep would be perfect as my mum as well, but that's not gonna happen, I'm afraid, even though she, too, is one of the great women of the planet.
shareWHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT...COME ON PEOPLE.......YES SURE I AM BRAD PITT, NOT REALLY, I AM HIS SON JAJAJAJAJAJJAAJ OH PLEASE THERE ARE A LOT OF LIARS IN THE WORLD...JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJ BUT I THINK THAT MERYL DID AN EXCELLENT ROLE........SHE WAS WONDERFULL!!!!!
shareOk everyone, there's one way to confirm if this person is who she says she is. I know the answer so let's see;
Sophia, tell us the name of the real school your mother taught at that is the subject of this movie.
Would y'all give it up! If you were going to impersonate somebody, why the daughter of a violinist, whom most people learned of through this movie? Why not somebody a bit more...celebrity? And, you know, infantec? If I really wanted to know the name of the real school, it wouldn't be that hard to find out over the internet. Welcome to the modern age.
