Actually pretty thankful the Pilot was rejected.

I mean... after what happened with Twin Peaks I don't doubt the show eventually would have been destroyed by the network executives. By season 3 they'd have forced him to reveal what happened to Rita and killed the show.

And there's no guarantee we'd have gotten a revival 25 years later. So thank you idiots at ABC for passing and not destroying this. 😪
