No. Hopefully soon.
sharechecked on amazon, there are a couple. trouble trouble everywhere has seven 22 minute episodes, then there are some that appear to be home made DVDs and a Region 2 disc. I'm hoping for more someday.

Mill Creek has just announced that march 2014 is the time!
However mill creek seemingly crams 11 episodes per disc and no restoration is done, so not only the age of the source but also lack of data, has made other series also put out by them, look like crap!
I regret having bought the shows that I have!
Shout factory was much better, but nobody bought their more expensive releases, so now we get an inferior product.
So beware.
