Japanese Animation?

Anyone notice that in the credits all the animators are Japanese? The colors and some aspects of the cartoon has some Japanese traits, just wondering if anyone else noticed this.

a ton of american 80's cartoons were animated in japan.

Yeah, it was and as a result it has anime look to it. They did a very good job on it.

Just like someone said a lot the 80's cartoons were animated in Japan. Disney shows like Ducktales and Chip&Dale Rescue Rangers were also anoung them.

Tokyo Movie Shinsha did the animation along with almost everything DIC produced in the 80's, Some really talented animators in there who are all likely dead or retired now.

You sure it was TMS? TMS probably did the intro but the actual episode animation seemed too stiff as TMS style is way more detailed and fluid. I havent gotten through all the episodes yet though.
