The Elephant Man (1982)
Does anyone know if this Phillip Anglim version has ever been available on either VHS or DVD. Online searches do not indicate any availability.

Kinda dark and murky. Was this from videotape transferred to film then back to video? Why do they do that?
Edited to add: The sound was vague too. I had to turn the volume way up to hear anything.
I got my dvd from www.hamiltonbook.com, but I don't know if they still have it. The sound was bad on mine, too, and had to turn it up. Phillip kind of sounded like Rowan Atkinson!
