They don't credit him as singing the song...but it is him singing RIGHT?! I'm pretty sure that's him. They list someone else as vocals but I think that's for the background vocals. Pete sings the main vocals.

Judging by his past history as a punk rock singer it's certainly possible. I'd love to think it was the case :D
