song near the end of the movie

this movie was on late night tv, i didn't even watch it all, just got to the last about 15 mins when channel surfing. Anyway the scene in the strip club kinda had me watching lol, i've got the song stuck in my head that goes something like 'it's time to lay it all on the line it's now or never make up your mind don't keep wasting my precious time', with a boppy beat to it. Its when the brunette lady is pole dancing etc. Its by a female singer, sort of in a country rock style but a boppy beat to it.
Anyone know who sings it? Normally if i google exact lyrics i can find a song but not this one.
