What's the deal on Brutallo?

I'd love to get this show, regardless of whether it's burned DVD's from third generation tapes, but I'm wondering whether I'll actually get them or not. I live in Canada, so if anyone, especially in Canada has ordered from them please let me know. Or if anyone has a lead on a more reliable way to order them I'd be much appreciated.
