The Apology would have been a better pilot

The actual pilot was ok, but not nearly as good as some of the episodes that followed, notably The Apology. That's when I knew the show was really good (I am a latecomer). Two moments stand out - the apology itself with the long pause and Isaac's gentle rejoinder to Dan that he's no Rosa Parks.
