subject line pretty much sums up my post.

also, if Bobbie KNEW she looked totally different, why would she be mad that someone didn't recognize her?

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe he was near the border, crossed over and didn't realize it. But he's always saying how smart he is, I would think he would know.

It's a plot device so that Dan can keep saying the name of one 3 Dog Night song during the episode titled after a 2nd 3 Dog Night song. I've Never Been to Spain and Eli's Coming.

I apparently was in Canada once on a 3-day drinking blackout. My companions were unaware until I pulled money from my pocket (Candadian) and asked how it had gotten there. Thirty four years later and they still remind me. Good times.

There's a funny episode of Frasier where Daphne - travelling with the Cranes in a Winnebago - falls asleep and is accidentally whisked across the Canadian border by the family, - who do not realize that as an immigrant with a green card she cannot leave the USA even for an hour. It's amusing watching retired police office Martin trying to smuggle her back in.

I sometimes have to think, and try to remember where I have been. I used to work for an airline, so got to travel loads. It actulaly can be difficult, and Dan probably traveled more than I did (If he was a real person!).

She wasn't angry that he didn't recognize her. She was angry because he never phoned her.
