Who was 'Tybalt' like?

At first i would have thought that Tybalt would be the Asian guy that Jet fights at the end, but now that I think about it I think it was the black guy who attempts to screw everyone over. I think there is a mention of him in comparison with cats...or something like that (and surely that would be a reference to Tybalt)
