Great film...Is it Available?

Hi.

I love this film, is it available anywhere? My DVD player is region-free, but (I'm afraid to say) I don't (yet!) speak Japanese, so English subs are a must.

Any hints/direction/advice much appreciated, no matter how old this post is- I'm prepared to wait!
