What kind of role does Johnathon play in this movie? I have read all the comments and most people talk about Christina Applegate (Johnathon's soon to be ex wife) saying her one liner, etc. But nobody mentions the other actors. Anyone?

He has a small part of someone that's staying nearby or his car got stuck after the earthquake or something like that. He ends up as a love interest for the pregnant girl.
