I noticed a reference to The Empire Strikes back, after Trent and Juni escape the Liberty system and arrive in the Magellan System, when the Hackers save you after being ambushed by Bounty Hunters and then lead you back to their base, the Hacker leader contacts the base and says, "We found them, repeat, we found them!"
I am pretty sure that is meant to be a reference to ESB.

In ESB, when Han and Luke are alone in the tundra of Hoth, some snowspeeders fly over and when they've located the hero's, the pilot says "Echo base, We found them. I repeat, We've found them!"
LOL, how could one NOT know that? :P
A better reference is when someone else says, "look at the *size* of that thing" with the same inflection as Wedge Antillies :-)
But to be fair, so many lines could be references to other media and almost anything John Rhys Davies says in anything is 'quotable'!!
