Public domain?

Is this show public domain? Because I've seen various DVDs with various episodes at places such as the 99 cents only store and Dollar Tree. Some of these DVDs I've seen look very questionable as far as their legitimacy is concerned.

I believe that some of the episodes are in public domain. Pub-D-Hub (Roku, Boxee) currently has about 10 episodes from 1947-1952. Pub-D-Hub only offers public domain media, and they're careful about adding content that is public domain.
