Who owns the rights to this?

This was one of my favorite shows growing up, and I always thought it was such a shame that a vast majority of the episodes never had any sort of release other than on broadcast. I decided recently that I want to try to get a DVD release of this. My plan is to get in contact with whoever owns the rights, find out how much it would cost to buy them, start a kickstarter to raise the money to buy it, then give the rights to a company willing to release it on DVD (along with any extra money from the kickstarter). I don't want to make any money from this, I just want a DVD copy of this show. If anyone knows who has the rights to it or who I need to get in touch with about this, that help would be greatly appreciated.

I am by no means an expert, but it seems to me that Saban would be a good place to start. Contact their legal department and see where to go from there. If you do start a Kickstarter, I'm down for money giving.

Ugh its too late for DVDs. Why don't you tell them to put the whole series on Netflix instead.
