I am always wondering, if "Onna hissatsu kenshi" is the film known as "Dragon Princess", because "Yumi Higaki" is the name of the female protagonist in "Onna hissatsu kenshi". In the end of the scene playing the dojo Etsuko Shiomi is asked what is her name, giving the answer "Higaki Yumi" (japanese version) and "Yumi Higaki" (english version) respectively. Anybody could help me with this?

Yes, but it's HISSATSU ONNA KENSHI. This is the original Japanese title for "Dragon Princess", not "Ryu no Oujo" as is incorrectly listed on the imdb page. Etsuko's character's name is as you pointed out HIGAKI Yumi (in Japanese) or "Yumi Higaki" in english.
