It's not like they're adult shows. They should play them on cartoon network in the after noons and take the place of kids next door, billy and mandy, and all that crap.

This post is way old, but in case you ever care to want to answer. AS sometimes liked pulling what they deemed obscure relics in the HB/RS back catalog as filler. Probably as a "look you could still have this to watch at night other than us."
I suppose this is kind of even more karma funny when you realize WB is still putting stuff like this out on DVD while a bunch of AS shows got stopped at retail and a few even went OOP.
Apparently some people did want to watch Animated Chuck Norris battle the Claw more then they thought lol.
