Soundtrack?

I'm trying to figure out if this is the same movie I saw several years ago on one of the premium cable channels.

The film I remember had no naration or spoken word at all, only demonstrations of Japanese martial arts and some words printed on the screen to tell what art was shown.

If anyone has seen this film, is this the one I'm looking for?
