Does anyone know if this wonderful show was ever released on NTSC,
Region 1 DVD? And, either way, can it even be purchased anywhere?? I'm trying
desperately to track the show down, ever since I caught part of it on
the local PBS station in Boston. I NEED to see the whole thing and no one seems to sell it.
According to the markings on the DVD packet, the Games DVD season 1 isn't regionally encoded. At the very least, head to shop.abc.net.au -- your official games retailer -- and search for the disc.
sharei have emailed with the abc and they said it is not available and at the moment they have no plans to make it available.
i too have been searching for this series for a number of years.
Umbrella Entertainment have the DVD rights and in a recent email from them they said that they will release series 2 at the start of next year.

shareThat is really weird, because I have emailed Umbrella Entertainment a number of times and they keep saying that the Games Series 2 has no plans to be released. Many people have had different replies. Whats up?
shareSeason 1 is easy to get. The cheapest I can see is on DeVoteD DVD which is around AU$28 (approx US$22) including standard airmail to anywhere in the World.
