i herd they are going to do another series for the 2012 olympic games.

You're right (kind of). Rights have been sold for the British to produce their own version for the 2012 Olympics...but no John, Gina, Bryan

That sucks!!!!! I heard they were going to do a new series with John, Gina and Bryan. Without them it won't be the same.

Well at least there will be plenty of material around for them to base a series on! We might even have the 2nd series on DVD by then!

Oddly i posted on a comedy forum after i'd seen the series 1 dvd a few years ago after we got the Olympics (i'm English and had been told about it by some Aussies on the forum) that they should do a series where they come over here and consult for the games, though i said they should do it with Armando Iannucci. And that was before i saw the second series where they actually jet off to be consultants.

I demand a created by credit Clarke and Stephenson!! Lol.

Anyway, i think this is one of the finest modern satires created, it just fantastic news that there is a new series. I hope they don't balls it up, but reckon they are probably too good and love it themselves too much to sully its legacy not making it perfect.

Also, it warms my cockles to think i could, by some extreme fluke or infinitesimal quirk of fate, potentially run into them in England.
