Translation of the protagonists

Hi, I just watched the German translated version of this movie. Jang Wu-dip was translated to Ching King Kong. I was like "what the.. that can't be the translation of the main protagonists name" - or is it?

Ya Ba was translated to Dummy.

The other main character (that young guy, who was going to marry that beautiful girl), was called ... (dramatic pause for the big effect)... KUNG-FU!

Really now, I can't believe, they made an honest translation with this title...
