difference between movie and book??

Sorry but I dont have time to write about 20 hours worth of reading, and though I have written many long and detailed posts... I am pretty sure that even a bullet point list would hit a character limit on posting.

It would be far easier to list the similarities.

1) The title
2) some of the character's names, like Jack Ryan (Though who and what he is is completely diffrent.
3) some terrorist get ahold of a lost israeli nuke and blow it up in America
Who the terrorists are, how the got the nuke here and where they blew it up, everything.. is different.

Change the title and a few character names and you would be hard pressed to even guess that this film was supposed to be based on the book.

Theyre not the same at all.
