Group Picture

When Adrien was dusting the picture at the Country Club and she spotted "Sondra"
I was so confused I have been searching all over the place to see if it was a different girl or the actress that was playing Adrien?

yea it wasd Lori Heuring...she was just wearing sunglasses....which was kinda silly by the way...who would wear sunglasses for a formal event picture lol

Yeah it was silly they used the same actress but they were just trying to imply how similar Sandra and Adrien looked, so instead of using an entire diff actress they just used her. The sunglasses in my opnion was a bit over the top---but not totally. Sandra was apparently the "Queen Bee" until Brittany killed her. She was supposed to be arrogant, and bitchy kind of like an "I do what I want" attitude. She was the center of the picture on Matts lap and it looks like she was a wild child and probably put on sunglasses as a joke for the picture like "I'm too cool for school, just another dance picture" or maybe she wore them to the dance as a joke. It seemed fitting to me for the kind of character she was supposed to be.

I noticed something else. One of the guys in the background of the picture (he is all the way to the right, behind Brit) is an extra in the movie when Brit walks out of the little changing room on the beach, right before the "we just got dissed by the cabana girl" scene. He's throwing a football around with this other guy. Now if he was in the "in crowd" a couple of years ago when the pic was taken, why isn't he in it now? Hmmmm...yup, 'cause he's just an extra.

Maybe it was just showing that (like in real life) people in clique's change and come and go and he was a member of the club and maybe was close to them at the time, like maybe he was friends with Sandra, and Sandra's friends (which I am sure include more than the people who are in the movie the whole time) and then he made other friends essp when Sandra "left town" .... and just because he wasn't in the film the whole time, or hanging with them at the beach that day, he could still be friends with them and attend the parties they go to where theres tons of people invited. He was technically an "extra" but doesn't mean it doesn't make sense that he was in the picture. Obviously they were showing by putting him in the pic and also making him visible on the beach, that he was friends with them--and hangs with their crowd which extends to more people than the ones they focus on in the film. They were just the "tight nit" ones out of a whole crowd. In High school our "popular group" was enormous and we all branched off into little cliques of who we were closer to but still ate lunch together or went to the same parties, yadda yadda. Either way, im rambling---- but it does make sense.
