Am I the only one who didn't really like the singing on the show?

I mean sometimes it was funny but I prefer all the other games compared to the ones with singing in it.

It depended on which singing game for me.

Where it was just Wayne or Wayne & Chip/Wayne & Brad...not so much. But Greatest Hits was funny with Ryan and Colin as the pitchmen, Irish Drinking Song was hilarious, Hoedown was hit-or-miss, and African Chant was often funny because of how white Colin/Ryan/Greg are.

Good point I agree.

Im sorta the same althouh some of the games have their moments like when Wayne has to sing to Richard Simmonds. I just didnt like the fact that the singing games where always used whenever a female was on same with Film Nior or however you spell it.

When I first started watching Denny, Caroline and Josie where my favorites and as i watched more I noticed that trend in the American version which annoyed me.

I completely agree.

Wath it thomething I thaid?

reply

I AGREE! That was my least favorite part of the shows. That and Drerw Carey pretending that he was funny.

i agree, every episode has the obligatory wayne brady singing segment, and it can get kind of boring and annoying after awhile (especially when watching multiple episodes at a time)

some singing segments can be funny tho, such as scene to rap (because of just how 'white' colin and ryan come across as) :P

scene to rap is prob the only singing game i skip, white people just shouldnt rap it i find unbareable to watch!

reply

My least favorite game was Greatest Hits. It was just way to long and most of the time it wasnt funny at all.

overall i dont like the sining part, but there are couple of really good ones like irish drinking song and 3 headed broadway show. others are... meeh

I feel the same way, the greatest hits part that ryan and colin did introducing the songs was often funny, but the actual songs were usually boring.. the one i saw today seemed like maybe they realized that, the songs were only about 5 seconds, colin and ryan spent more time describing the song then wayne did singing it.

when they were singing TO someone, either audience members or guest celebrities, was more often funny, and probably the only singing parts i like. the ho down had some funny moments, but drew was usually bad at it, altho it seemed to be the event he most often was in.

I was actually looking to see if maybe there was any collection dvds, by game..
such as scenes from a hat collection..
worlds worst collection..
dating video's collection...

altho now that i think about it 2+ hours of any one game would probably get a little boring.. so maybe it should be two games per dvd..

The singing brought the show to a dead halt - it simply wasn't funny.

I agree somewhat. Most of the songs were kinda boring, but every now and then, something great also appears. Like the song to Lee the lunclady in the style of a singing strippogram, Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmooooooo in the style of Hanson, H-O-R-W-A-R-D, and, my personal favorite, Ach-oo-welle-belle-oojey-edny-mah in the style of Wet Biscuit McGlee.
Just to name a few.

Funnier than the misspelling was the technical problems with the beat.

"Watch out for those tempo changes man, cause when we go into the second bridge, this sh!t takes off"

I'm tired! Can't we just be Death Eaters?
