Was The Defilers a 'Nudie Cutie'?

I thought 1965's "The Pawnbroker" with Rod Steiger was the first film to feature nudity (a Puerto Rican girl briefly exposes her breasts), but this movie goes way, way further than that. Which makes me wonder what kind of theaters played exhibited this picture.
