Star not listed?

One of the stars of season 1, seen on the DVD cover on imdb's page, is Neil Stuke, who plays Paul, the husband of the couple whose house is being remodeled. I am puzzled why he is not even mentioned on the cast list while his "wife", Emily Joyce, has top billing. His character is not named on the "create a page" list while minor, one episode, characters are. What the heck?
