I Think I Saw Ellen

A long time ago I was living in Arkansas, during the 90's. I swear I saw Ellen Barkin in a nice Mexican resturaunt waitressing around 1998. That would be about the time she was there filming this movie. The lady actually waited on me and my ex-fiance, and I couldn't help but notice that she looked soooooo much like Ellen and I mentioned it to her. She never said a thing to confirm it. But when I saw this movie in her credits it just made me wonder even more!! Why she would be waitressing is beyond me, but people do some strange things, maybe she did it for research or maybe she knew the owners and felt like doing it, I don't know, but I wish I did.
