One of Tim Burtons best movies.

Sleepy Hollow is just pure entertainment and thrilling as a murder mystery film with a supernatural touch. Burton's visual style is one that cannot be beaten.

You guys should see the marathon I did for Sleepy Hollow. Its titled When A Man Searches For A Killer. It's my intro into the fall season of thriller and horror movies. You guys can check it out on my blog.

Nah, definitely not. A good movie no doubt, but it falls apart during the second half. If it wasn't for the brilliant sets, and the art direction in general, then I would have probably given it a 5, as in totally average. Instead I think it deserves a 7 for being a good movie. The script followed a formula and didn't do anything new, but again, the incredible sets and style bring it up a few notches.

Also I have to say that I know a 5 on IMDb usually means absolute *beep* and a 6-7 means average to good. I don't use that system, a 5 to me is average. 6 is above average, 7 is good, 8 is very good, 9 is an amazing, and 10 is just *beep* perfect.

Tim Burton's best movies are these:

1.) Ed Wood, by far is his best film.
The rest of these are in no particular order
- Beetlejuice
- Big Fish
- Edward Scissorhands
- Batman

I hear Sweeney Todd is very good but I've never seen it.

Nah. Those are all your opinions and you're entitled to 'em. I think it's brilliant. I don't give 10s out very often but this is an absolute 10, to me. You forgot Nightmare Before Christmas btw!! Another 10. :)

I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!

I agree. It's by far my favorite movie from him.

Yes, this really was a good movie. I loved the visuals which were beautiful and the story and dark, Gothic, supernatural atmosphere kept me interested the entire time. I like Tim Burton's adaptation of Dark Shadows but it should've been closer to what this film was. It's the sort of movie I had in mind when I heard he was taking Dark Shadows on. Anyways, it took me a long time to finally watch this movie but I am glad I did.
