I want to see this on DVD Region 1

Anyone know how I can see this in the USA? BIG fan of the director since just seeing "In July". That was truly wonderful.

is the prob that the ntsc standard or region 1?
because a lot of german dvds are region 0 discs.
i'm not sure this is true of this special disc...
