What exactly was Mandy fired for?

She states something along the lines of booking a client for Jacuzzi and sex for $150 but there being a deduction of %20 which made it $130 and she doesn't do that $*%&. I didn't understand what she meant? Does the %20 deduction come out of the $150 before she gets her 50/50 cut of the money? (which means she gets $65 instead of $75?).

Was this actually the cause or was there something else going on? After his name calling of Mandy (which she claimed anyway) I had to wonder if he'd been sexually harrassing her too as he had been with Connie and that had been the final straw.

I really wish there'd been a follow up.

She was upset because Jacuzzi and sex costs far more than $150, so he was already ripping her off. Adding the 20% deduction knocks it down to $120. I'm sure she felt completely violated for being forced to do the job without being appropriately compensated (it's made clear earlier in the film that the girls don't enjoy what they do, and that the money is a pretty important factor for them). She threw a fit about it and decided she wouldn't put up with it and quit. Walter claimed that he fired her to take whatever power she had in that decision away from her, but she insisted that leaving was her own decision. So he left her stranded there without a way to get out of the middle of the desert, telling her that since she quit, she would not get access to his plane.

Ah, now I get it.

I had watched the whole documentary quite a few times, and noted the Jacuzzi and stuff were far more expensive than $150 and had wondered at the time...but then earlier Mandy was shown giving a client a 'straight' for $60 which she had claimed previously they didn't do so I thought perhaps it had been her who had took the balance down.

Mandy was obviously swayed far too easy sometimes so it's understandable this could happen, I guess. I think I heard she eventually was murdered 2 years after the filming of the documentary which is quite sad, especially if this is how her life had gone most of the time.

Obviously she's not used to working for a boss. Though that guy is crazy for letting a girl with such a nice rack go, should have paid it out of his own pocket if he wanted to hand out a discount

According to Chicken Ranchs' Wikipedia page, Mandy was murdered a few years later and the case is still unsolved. What a sad end to a misplaced life.
