But entertaining none the less..apperently I'm the only one who has seen it since I'm the first posting, but watch it it's good.

i listen to howard stern..got jewey from him.(I think) But that would be jewish orientated...or I dunno if you don't understand then it doesn't really matter.

Lmao Yes I DO know that..it's all because they are the chosen people they are ALL rich. J/k. Though i already said it once; I've got nothing against any jewish people so in case anyone gets offended by that wasn't my intent.

Ermmm. Yes Lennie and his mother and stepfather are Jews, but didn't you notice that all, I mean ALLLLL of the other characters are Italian or Catholic or both? Except for the dialog, we wouldn't know which characters are which, would we?

I miss Big Band music and talented singers. Leonard Cohen is my idol. Civility, harmony, unity!

I didn't even think people still said "Jewy", so I read it as "Jewelry" hahahahaha
I was like, "WTF is a jewelry coming of age film?"

Jewey film as opposed to what, a blackey film or a whitey film? Really, the ethnicity of the characters in this film doesn't matter, unless you care to explain what you mean by "jewey" I think you're an idiot. But thats just my opinion.

When he was writing the screenplay Marshal Karp was obviously trying to make a Jewy movie, it's and easy way to give the characters color and get the audience's sympathy. And yes, there are movies for the suburban or hipster whites as well as the urban blacks
