shareI can only assume that maybe it's because nostalgic 50's/60's coming of age movies were already on their way out by the late 90s', the only significant example after Just Looking I can think of is My Dog Skip.
If Just Looking had come out maybe in the early 90's there's a chance it would be more well known.
