The third game in the series, The Collector, has been given up by Lunny. But you can still count on the fans! Fans from all over the world are collaborating on a project called The 13th Doll. It will be available for free download on the website once completed.

I heard they're trying to get in touch with the actor who played Stauf. Apparently someone on the 7th Guest forum at GameFAQS.com has Hirschboeck as a teacher at his school.
