I may be wrong, but isn't Bison actually played by a different actor in the game?

I know they use movie footage featuring Raul, but the in-game Bison character doesn't look like Raul at all.

i think you're right. raul was ill during the shoot of the movie, but, he did some of the fight scenes. but i agree with you, in the game, even bison's face is a little blurred. i have the playstation 1 version (I played today actually, i love this game!), and i keep thinking about it. i'm pretty sure it is not raul julia. but, i think, we'll never know for sure...

At the time the game was being made, Raul Julia was very ill. It was actually a stunt double look-a-like who did the game instead.
