Hey, I think I saw this movie in a motel in France last year but need confirmation.
Do the humans have a stick that they poke the sharks with? And poke with much gusto?

No I don't think so. Unless you'd like to be more specific.
shareactuelly they do have sticks to prod sharks with. when a dangerous shark gets to close they will push it away with the stick
shareBang stick. They're poles with shotgun shells on the end. You jab it pretty hard and the shell goes off straight into whatever it is you hit. They're perfectly real.
