Messed up IMDb cast list

Seriously, the cast list for this film is just full of embarrassing errors - the most obvious and hilarious one being that *actor* Sasha D'Arc is listed as playing the role of "Kuwala's sister".
What is the matter with people? Are some IMDb contributors just making random guesses about who plays who in films and then submitting these (quite terrible) guesses?
I realize that since most of the actors in this film never appeared in anything else, it's difficult to determine who played who but then it's better to just leave the cast list alone instead of submitting hopeless guesses. A lot of people blindly believe the information they find here and hence these errors quickly spread to wikipedia, film reviews and even books. So whoever you are: stop submitting cast information unless you know for a fact that the information is correct!!!
