I remember this as a kid

I remember I really really like this cartoon when I was a kid, and I forgot what it was called and I tried to find out.

I thought I would never find out, but somehow I found out the name without even looking for it (I was looking for a 1998 tv spot for a movie on youtube, and somehow I came upon a video only showing 1998 commercials, so I watched it and was so surprised to see one of the commercials being the commercial for this cartoon lol).

I remembered how in 1998 they would always air this cartoon at night on the WB (now it's called CW).
