Movie Preview

Contained in the Unearthed release is an easter egg that leads you to an extended trailer. Unfortunatly, its all in Japanese and there are no subtitles. It shows 4 people locked in what looks to be a basement against there will. This eventually leads to a man getting his manhood bitten off, some scat, and someone getting stabbed with a piece of glass. If anyone has seen this easter egg trailer and knows the title of the movie, please let me know. Thanks
