She gave him her credit card and told him to add 15% for his tip on top of the fare when they finally make it back!

I didnt ask for payment at the begining of the trip because we were only going for a short trip to from Pasadena to Santa Monica about $40.00. Once she saw the ocean she came alive and did not want to go back, so I kept driving. A few hours later we were still headed north and the cab fare was going into the hundrdeds of dollars so then I very shyly asked about payment. She was insulted by my demand. She gave me a dirty look and whipped out her checkbook and asked how much money I wanted. I said, I dont know, it depends on how long this trip is going to last. She wrote out a check for a thousand dollars and said "When this amount is depleted let me know, and I"Ll write you another one" At our next stop for gas, I secretly called her bank to ask if the check was good and they told me not to worry about her checks no matter how much they were for.
