What movie are they watching when Leo pulls the gun?

I was wondering if anyone knows what movie they four guys are watching when Leo pulls out the (empty) gun and points it at Louis. There's some guy in a bathtub(?) or on a sofa, with his face covered in blood, and some other people are like grabbing and twisting his head, and he's screaming in pain. Or something. Seems like maybe an Italian or Spanish movie? Thanks.
