Has there been any news about this show being released on DVD? It's so great, I'd love to have all the episodes.

I dont understand why they put shows that are new like not even a year old they put on dvd...but a great show like anyday now they dont bother....I just dont understand...cause anyday now was popular when it was on tv....cause I for one would buy it in a heartbeat if it came on dvd....

shareUnfortunately, I think ANY DAY NOW is one of those rare gems like I'LL FLY AWAY that will never see the light of day on DVD.
Right after the show was canceled by Lifetime, I sent an email to them asking if there were any plans for a DVD release and they shot back an automated email within 5 minutes that said something to the effect of: "Lifetime network no longer airs new episodes of ANY DAY NOW but be sure to check out re-runs on Sunday nights."
I found this email rather insulting because obviously they didn't actually read my request about a DVD release. Two years later, I sent them another email and got the same automated reply, minus the part about them airing re-runs.
This past June I sent them another email that went unanswered.
think Street Hawk is coming to dvd.
Ironic on the above since I was looking at Ill Fly Away which remind me of this show. Both should be on dvd. I just wait for tvshowsondvd.com (think thats it) and vote. Thats the only thing you can do right now. See if I can find the direct link for adding a vote. Did this with Everwood even with the webmaster saying season 2 would never come out and it did.
