Admits? I really don't think so. The spirit of the interview is very much in fun, Bakshi and his interviewer are obviously having a good time and teasing each other a little bit. Just ahead of the part where he addresses the flower, Bakshi says that he loves John K and calls him "the greatest animator since me" and also good-naturedly accuses John K of having "no intellect" and "only making cartoons about hating his father." Here's the snippet you're talking about.

"FRAMES PER SECOND: I know you can't answer this because you don't have any control over this, but when is Mighty Mouse coming out on DVD?

BAKSHI: Well, if it wasn't for John Kricfalusi it would still be on. If he hadn't put the goddamned coke in the goddamned flower, it would still be on the air. You can tell John that.

FRAMES PER SECOND: I'll tell him the next time I see him.

BAKSHI: Tell him to *beep* himself. He cost me a show. Another genius."

I really don't think we can take this as an admission that Mighty Mouse was actually snorting blow, especially since Bakshi has denied this on numerous occasions, and if you watch the episode 'The Little Tramp' in which MM does sniff the snorted flower, there is no context in the world for it actually being cocaine, either in his motivation to do it, or it having any effect on him afterward.

Hardcore fan of of bakshi, John k. or the show it self. Are devoted to deny it. Also bakshi says "I don't know what went through John k mind" like he did something stupid.

They are many clues left by Bakshi to show it was coke.
