Watching 'Gamble' on Gold, was this scene edited?

There's a scene where they're on a coffee break, and someone comes delivering pies. There's a short conversation, and he asks if they have a toilet. In the very next breath (before they even answer) he says "I'll have to unbutton my dennims" and Dolly gets offended. Was there something cut out of that scene? It just jumps ahead, and I was just wondering if anyone knows if something was deleted from that scene?
