Why did they use Sanaa Lathan as the older Alicia instead of just keeping Malinda Williams? First of all, they look absolutely nothing alike and second of all, Malinda Williams could have easily pulled off the older Alicia. The two actresses are pretty much the same age anyways.

yea i always wondered that too. u know first off like u said they look nothin alike they could have atleast got someone with close to the same skin complextion to play the older alicia at least.
but anyway this is one of my all time fav movies

Movies are movies, there are plenty movies when the older looks nothing like the younger

Sean Nelson and Omar Epps looks the most alike to me but both of the slims are the same skine tone.but both of the Rowlands look nothing alike.I always wonder did Sanna Lathan play older Alicia cause i knew they didnt look nothing alike.lol
