Yep. That's exactly why.

I first saw this movie when it came out in 99 and I was only 11 years old. I had NO idea why he did that until I saw it again at about age 16 or 17 lol. I actually thought he pulled away from her because he was still scared that she would beat him up for touching her butt again. He says "I can't hold it, SHE'S gon blow", so that's my excuse for that one. It at least makes sense when you think about it. I was so naiive. Haha

Same thing goes for the scene where he has to stand in front of the class and introduce himself, when he says "down boy"....I was clueless as to what he was talking about lol
