Jan-Michael Vincent?

The only reason I vaguely want to see this movie is because it was the (to date) last movie Jan-Michael Vincent was in. I'm just wondering how much of a role did he have in it, and is the movie even worth bothering to queue up on netflix? I'll likely watch it anyway, just to see JMV, but it sure looks like a bad movie.

I guess the title was changed from "Menace" to "White Boy" at some point? Anyone know why?
