Fitchner was Fabulous...
....as Tardio, the detective. First time I had ever seen him, and I practically split my sides laughing.

shareOh he is an awesome actor. This movie just proves it even more.
shareThe shoes say butch but the socks say hi how ya doin?. That line killed me!
shareHe usually is. Tardio was a great character, he nailed it.
See him in a totally different role in Contact with Jodie Foster, Matthew McConnaughey, Tom Skerritt, James Woods and Angela Bassett.

I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd.
He was the best thing about this film.
Im the Alpha and the Omoxus. The Omoxus and the Omega
Agree Tardio was the best/funniest character in the movie Fitchner was awesome!!
shareIndeed, he was hilarious. Love that hair. The first place I really noticed him was a short-lived medical drama called MDs...he's a great actor.
What bugged me was that he referred to his little dog as a Yorkie, when it was CLEARLY a Brussels Griffon! O_o

First time I saw him was Sully in "The Perfect Storm".
shareYeah the yorkie thing was bad. First time I saw him was Grace Under Fire. He didn't fit into that show at all but I really liked him. Loved MDs wish it was on DVD. I have a shirt he autographed from when he was doing Invasion. This movie sucked though and I hate Martin Lawrence. Which was a shame because I love the Dortmunder novels. It would be nice to see them made into decent movies. Other than The Hot Rock which wasn't bad.
shareI bought a ripped set of MDs DVDs several years back from somebody on a Fichtner Yahoo fan group. I would doubt that it's still active by now, though.
Aw, that's still awesome that you got an autographed shirt!
I wouldn't call myself a Lawrence fan, either, although he was funny in Wild Hogs. I love that movie.
