Why does Michelle Pfeiffer look so old in this movie?

She was 41/42 but looks to be in her 50s. Now that I saw recent pics of her she looks to be in her mid to late 60. Is it because she is blonde and fairskinned or due to bad lifestyle habits like drinking and drugs?

she did not look in her 50s in this movie, get your eyes tested-she looked like a woman in her 40s- max been 44/45 i'd say. I thought she looked really good in this movie, also any interviews i see with mp in recent years she always looks really good-granted shes covered in make up but i've never seen her look in her 60s.

She looked stunning in this movie.

She always has that old skeletor looking face in all her movies.

What?!? Skeletal face, really?? I think you are confusing her with Julia Roberts.

She looks a little underweight at times in this movie. Particularly any scene where she has her hair pulled back. It makes her cheek bones more prominent, makes her face a bit sunken in. Maybe those scene were filmed at he same time, and it’s intentional, but I think she is much better looking with a few more pounds, and a fuller face.

I agree that she looks a bit better with a little extra weight but still! I mean if we are going to compare her to Skeletor then okay... but she's the sexiest Skeletor I've ever seen. She looks waaaay more like She-Ra if you ask me.

(came back to edit this) I just recalled hearing her in an interview, a long time ago, saying that she thought she had a "Daisy Duck" face, lol, because of her eyes wide apart and the shape of her mouth. It's kind of true! But I understand Donald... Daisy is a cutie! So it's no problem for me!

Skeletor... tsss. Guy really have vision problems, smh.

She looks like she had a good amount of work done by this point. So I don't think she looks bad or particularly old, but definitely unnatural.

She looked fine then and now, I don't know what the OP is talking about. Though I agree that she'd had work done.

Don't let anyone ever make you feel like you don't deserve what you want.

Wow. There's that thing about a woman over 40 being done but a man can go on well into 100.

1) She looks phenomenal in this movie. 2) one of her best movies. 3) no one seems to mind his age or the way he looks.

reply

I think she looks exactly her age in this. Not glamorously photographed. At that point, no plastic surgery.

She looks 50 but better than most actress who look 40

I think she looks fantastic. I'd like to look like her (or Charlize Theron) just for 48 hours to see what effect it had on men!
